With over 30 years of experience in the benefits management field, Norman Michaels founded TriState Pay in 2015.  With his wealth of knowledge regarding payroll processing and employee benefits, coupled with his extensive knowledge of investment vehicles and retirement strategies, he has dedicated his focus to delivering cost-effective solutions and services to organizations from one to 1000 members.
